All SALES ARE FINAL.  ONLY STORE CREDIT/REPLACEMENT WITH SHIPPING AT BUYERS EXPENSE WILL BE AWARDED FOR ITEMS THAT HAVE ARRIVED DOA PROVIDED PROPER ADHERENCE TO  OUR DOA POLICY WHICH CAN BE FOUND IN OUR SHIPPING INFO LINK. REFUNDS WILL BE AWARDED ONLY WITH THE EXPRESS PERMISSION OF PRESIDENT OR STORE OWNER FOR EXTRAORDINARY SITUATIONS.  WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO BAN ANYONE AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON FROM OUR WEBSITE, STOREFRONT, AND  EBAY AUCTIONS.

(That being said, we are happy to work out any issues within reason as we are family owned and operated and try to treat all customers like family)
